Meet the IV Hydration Team
Co-Owner DR. Diane Haberl, DDS
Dr. Diane Haberl enjoyed a successful 24-year career in dentistry before retiring five years ago. During her time in practice, she opened her own dental office, where her dedication to treating patients with respect and care helped build trust and lasting relationships.
Co-Owner Tess Haberl, RN, BSN
Tess, originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, developed a strong passion for health and wellness early on. This passion led her to pursue nursing school in Nashville, Tennessee, where she laid the foundation for a fulfilling career in healthcare.
Service providers
Service Provider Matthew Richards, RN, BSN
Matt started his college career at Notre Dame College, where he played baseball and studied biology. While there, he began working as a clinical tech at the Cleveland Clinic. This first look at patient care—and learning the basics of phlebotomy—is what sparked his passion for nursing.
He eventually transferred to Ursuline College, where he graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Following graduation, Matt relocated to Wilmington to trade the cold for the beach and warmer weather. He currently works in the Emergency Department, where he has mastered his IV skills in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. When Matt’s not on the clock, you’ll usually find him out on the golf course, relaxing at the beach, or walking his dog
Dr. Palumbo as Medical Director
Dr. Joseph Palumbo, our esteemed Medical Director, is integral in developing standing orders, procedures, and protocols to ensure the utmost safety for all our clients. Every standing order and procedure is carefully designed with the primary focus on protecting client health and well-being, offering peace of mind throughout their experience.
